We started Upmanyu Group in 2014 to fix a problem every homeowner in Bharatpur ran into: architects, interior designers and contractors who didn't talk to each other. Twelve years and 240+ projects later, that's still the whole point.
Upmanyu Group began as a small architecture practice taking on residential projects across Bharatpur. Clients kept asking the same question after handover: “can you also build it?” — so we did, bringing construction, interiors and exteriors in-house one discipline at a time.
Today we run design, construction and project management under one roof, with in-house architects, interior designers, site engineers and execution crews — which means one point of contact, one schedule and one team accountable for the outcome.
